That is so true!
Being a mom is a fantastic job! But it has its ups and downs for sure. There are good days and bad days, and sometimes you just need a little help.
Sure, you probably have friends and family that you can reach out to and ask questions or get advice, but you can also head to the internet.
There are LOTS of great “mom blogs” out there – offering help on a wide variety of topics – and if you’re looking to check out a few, maybe you’ll like one of these!
- At Home With Natalie: Natalie is a mom of SIX – and has a thriving blog. Her lifestyle blog covers everything from recipes to DIY to the home and some of the great birthday parties she’s hosted for her children. She also offers a blog course ($50) if you’re interested in learning how to start your own blog.
- A Mom’s Take: This blog has multiple contributors, and you can find blogs on just about any topic that might interest a mom. There are blogs that provide great parenting tips. You can find recipes, product reviews, craft ideas, and more. They have a search feature that allows you to put in keywords and find what you need quickly – which is really helpful.
- The Taylor House: Chrissy Taylor is the blogger behind The Taylor House blog. She has two cookbooks out (both related to cooking with a slow cooker), but her blog brings more than that to moms. She also shares about travel, family, money, the home, organizing, and DIY.
- Juggling the Jenkins: You might know Tiffany Jenkins from her Facebook page as she has quite the following – and her videos are hilarious. Her blog hasn’t been updated in a while, but it’s worth checking out as she shares her passion for bringing awareness to mental illness and her own struggles with addiction, anxiety, and depression.
- Confessions of Parenting: Michele is a family life educator with a focus on strengthening family relationships. Her blog has a wealth of resources related to marriage, cooking, fashion, weaning, and much more! Additionally, she had games, conversation starters, and free printables!
- Rage Against the Minivan: Kristen is a mom of four who started blogging as a way of coping in 2006. She’s so relatable and shares humor, advice on home and style, news about her family, and information on parenting, social justice, and travel.
- Tech Savvy Mama: Tech Savvy Mama is all about “parenting in the digital age” – and who couldn’t use some help with this? With her background in classroom technology integration, Leticia, founder of Tech Savvy Mama, is knowledgeable and provides you with information you can use.
- Free-Range Kids: This blog says it’s about: How to Raise Safe, Self-Reliant Children (Without Going Nuts with Worry). Lots of great advice here if this is your style of parenting.
- The Soccer Mom Blog: Stacey is the voice behind this blog, and she says: The Soccer Mom Blog is a Houston Texas Mom Blog with a focus on positive lifestyle, recipes, parenting encouragement, kids activities, DIY & home, fitness and more. She also offers some great advice on how to start your own mom blog and create income from it.
